Personal financial advice
Fidelity’s financial advisers can provide you with a personal financial strategy to help you achieve your investment goals.
Important information - please remember that the value of investments, and the income from them, can go down as well as up, so you may get back less than you invest.
Financial advice personalised to your needs
We appreciate that your financial situation and needs are unique. You might want financial advice for a one-off event; or, you might need more complex advice with ongoing support. Our financial advisers can provide a personal financial strategy that draws on a range of investments and accounts tailored for you.
We can advise you on a range of financial matters, whether you’re planning for your retirement, saving and investing, looking into later life income options or protecting your wealth and exploring how to pass it on to your loved ones. Perhaps you’re reviewing your current arrangements to consider if they’re working for you, or maybe you’re wondering if you should consolidate your existing pension schemes into one.
Whether you’re clear about your financial goals, or need a little steer, the starting point is the same… a conversation. To talk about your options and for a free, no obligation discussion about your advice needs, call us on 0800 222 550. Alternatively, simply request a call back from a member of the team.

How does Fidelity’s financial advice service work?
You talk, we listen
In a no-obligation meeting we’ll listen to your needs, explain our financial advice services and costs and you can then decide whether to go to the next step.
Getting to know you
If you proceed, we’ll explore your current financial arrangements and what you want out of life (so you may want to bring someone from your family along) and make a recommendation that works for you.
Our advisers will keep in touch while carrying out research and analysis before discussing your personal report and recommendations. Once you’re happy, we’ll put the recommendations in place for you.
For many, these are the initial steps in a journey that can span a lifetime. We can review your situation annually to check it’s still right for you. Along the way, we’ll help keep you on track and informed, reviewing and recommending any updates that may be needed to take into account life changes.

Our advice fees
Investing through an adviser could help make your money work harder for you and provide peace of mind about important investment decisions.
If you would like advice - where we give you a personalised recommendation - there will be a fee for this service. This will be based on a percentage of your investments and whether you need ongoing advice. Your initial meeting with your adviser will be free and there will be no obligation for you to proceed with our service. In the initial meeting, your adviser will be able to explain the fees to you in more detail.

1% of the investment amount subject to a minimum fee of £1,000 and maximum fee of £10,000
Where advice is being provided at the same time to a spouse or partner, and/or for investments for minor children or grandchildren, the value of the total investment will be used to calculate the advice fee.
If you have taken advantage of our ongoing advice service there is no additional fee for investing new money using your annual ISA or JISA allowances; increases of regular contributions or moving previously-advised invested money between products. e.g. from your Investment Account to your ISA or SIPP

Written confirmation of fees
We will provide a written quotation of our fees and whether any VAT is applicable. As investment values may change whilst we are undertaking the advice work, we will reconfirm the fee on presentation of the recommendations when our fee is based on a percentage (%) of the value we are advising upon.
