Fidelity Investor Centre - Temporary closure

The health and safety of our customers and employees is our utmost priority. Following the latest government announcement, we have decided to temporarily close our Investor Centre at 111 Cannon Street, and we will not accept walk-ins or hold customer meetings at this building.

Please note, this does not affect Fidelity’s London office at 4 Cannon Street or our call centre, which you can contact on 0800 368 6818.

All other operational and customer servicing activities will continue as normal. If you are a Fidelity Wealth Management customer, your Relationship Manager or Adviser will be available to meet your requirements via email, telephone and secure message.

Important information - the value of investments can go down as well as up so you may get back less than you invest.

How to find us

We're right across the road from Cannon Street rail and underground station, and a ten minute walk from St. Paul's Cathedral. We're open from 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Ask for a free retirement consultation

Deciding when and how to access your pension can be a big decision. Our team can help guide you through that decision. At our Investor Centre we can provide guidance on:

  • What you should be thinking about in the run up to retirement
  • Taking tax-free cash
  • Guidance on investment strategies
  • Benefits of pension consolidation
  • Income options at retirement
  • Pension facts, tax rules and allowances
  • Practical pointers and answers to your questions

Please note, in your consultation we can’t provide personalised retirement advice but we can refer you to one of our retirement specialists in Fidelity’s retirement service, if required.

Pension Wise

We also recommend the Government's Pension Wise service which offers free impartial guidance to help you understand your options at retirement. You can access the guidance online at: moneyhelper.org.uk or call them on 0800 138 3944.
